Managing Icons
Once an icon set is created and has icons, you can use Iconomizer to manage the icons. This is accomplished via 3 modes: section mode, delete mode, and edit mode. You can select the desired mode in the Toolbar.

Select Mode

Select mode allows you to select icons by clicking on them. Hold down shift or drag the mouse to select a group of icons. Click again to deselect.

Delete Mode

To remove icons from the icon set, choose delete mode. Click an icon will remove it. If you remove it by accident, you can use undo from the Edit menu or Command-Z with the keyboard. Upon closing Iconomizer, the icon will be removed permanently.
Edit Mode

To change the name, color, or tags of an individual icon, choose edit mode. Click an icon and a panel will appear with edit options. To edit the name or tag, enter the values into the respective text field and press enter. To change color, click on the color well. All changes can be undone by using Command-Z on the keyboard or selecting Undo under the Edit menu.

Icon Search
In the Toolbar there is a search field that can be used to search for icons by name or by tag.
